Hampton Properties LLC and Haims Investment Group Inc. (Hampton) is a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, development, resale and management of residential and investment properties.
Acquisition: Hampton has been investing in real estate throughout Central Mass since 1985. Whether a single asset or package, we carry out our transactions with efficiency and integrity.
Development: Hampton has been revitalizing neighborhoods by renovating properties that have suffered from neglect or damage caused by fire or vandalism. We have been adding affordable and decent housing units to the community. We are also the proud recipients of the 2005 Silver Hammer Award given by the Worcester County Chamber of Commerce. This award recognizes the outstanding restoration of a historically significant property with strong impact to the community.
Resale: First–time home buyers purchase many of our renovated properties. We have helped many families achieve their dreams of owning a quality home. We do not “spin” properties like so many others that add nothing to a property or community.
Management: We retain and manage many of the properties we improve. Our professional team of management and maintenance personnel keep our buildings clean, safe and worry-free.
